Our Blue Dream Shrimp (NeoCaridina Davidi) are carefully selected for their vibrant blue coloration, healthy activity, and overall quality. These aquatic jewels will bring life and color to your freshwater aquascape while helping maintain a clean, balanced ecosystem.

5-pack: $50

Young adult, healthy shrimp are selected for each order. While sex cannot be guaranteed, we will always make every effort to send males & females.

10-pack: $90

All our shrimp are bred and maintained in 73ºF water with a pH range from 7.2-7.8. Three separate tanks are used in their breeding and selection. This prevents inbreeding and disease.

Important Notice for new owners

NeoCaridina Davidi require specific parameters for ideal health and should only be placed in aquascapes and aquariums which have been properly cycled (vis-à-vis the Nitrogen Cycle) and are able to maintain the temperature, pH, ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate levels optimal for these creatures to thrive.

  • Temperature: 65-78°F (18-26°C)
    pH: 6.5-7.5
    GH: 4-8 dGH
    KH: 3-15 dKH
    TDS: 150-250 ppm

  • Please research proper care on YouTube and Reddit if you haven't already. Our Blue Dream Shrimp are bred in optimal conditions, and we want to ensure they continue to thrive in your care.

We started with 10

At the beginning of 2025, I was resolved to start Shrimp Farming. It took longer than expected to breed and grow the first ten into the 200+ that now are spread across three different aqua scapes- each with varying qualities of Shrimp.

No Specific Selection

Orders are fulfilled from our available stock. We cannot guarantee specific individuals or accommodate requests for particular characteristics beyond the standard Blue Dream variety.

No Gender Guarantee

While our colonies have a healthy mix of males and females, we cannot guarantee specific genders or ratios in your order. A female is not guaranteed to be delivered in any order.

Geographic Limitations

Currently, we only offer our shrimp to customers in the United States. Pickup is available in Baltimore City at no extra charge. Delivery to Washington D.C. is available for an additional fee. Next Day Ground Shipping is available for all continental United States.

As a new store focused on quality over quantity, we currently offer local pickup in Baltimore, MD, hand delivery in Washington D.C. at a public meeting location and various shipping options to ensure we can serve you with healthy and safe shrimp during transit.
